Find a Guru
The first thing you want to do is find a Guru. Guru’s are people you know have a great deal of information to share or are experts in their field. A couple come to mind for musicians, Derek Sivers and Bob Baker. Both listed in last weeks follow friday post, it would be easy to grow off of the lists they appear on.
Find Where They are Listed
Visit Bob Baker’s profile or Derek Sivers profile and click on listed. This will show who has listed this person on what lists and who else is on that list. Dig around. These people have put this Guru on a list with others so it is easy to take in their content as a whole with those that are providing similar or “of interest” tweets.
Follow The Rest of the List
Check out those that are on the listed twitter users. Check out their tweets. See if their content is of use to you and follow them. Create your own lists.
